Shipping & Returns

We offer an extended refund scheme allowing you a total of 30 days refund or exchange for any product that you wish to return within 30 days of you receiving your order. Returned goods must be unused, and supplied with their original, undamaged packaging. Please take care when opening and leave labels attached. For reasons of hygiene underwear items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights, or if packaging is unopened or any seals remain intact. Goods should be returned to the address above in a well packaged box and include a covering note detailing your purchase with the items and your name, address and purchase invoice number. Alternatively you can enclose a copy of your invoice. If you no longer have the purchase invoice number then we will be able to find your record from an approximate date of purchase and your address at the time you bought the item. You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods for exchange or refund, if a replacement or swap such as different size is required we will dispatch the replacement goods free of charge. 

1.If you want to return your items, please notify us firstly stating the reason and the order number for the return within 7 days of receipt. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items must be sent back complete with the original package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.

2.Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
